Terms of Service

CONTENT DOWNLOAD AND USE AGREEMENT:
By using our website (gallery.ivygrovephotography.com) or downloading any image from the collection gallery provided to the client, client acknowledges and agrees to the following:

Client agrees that the Services have been performed to the satisfaction of the Client. All retainers and payments are non-refundable. Client understands that when viewing gallery and publishing photos on websites, i.e. personal website, Facebook, etc., client will not screenshot or edit the photos in any way, i.e. editing the watermark, cropping, filters, etc.

Client has up to 2 months to view, download and purchase image prints, album etc. (fees may apply for extra services) after that the gallery will be removed and we have the right not to give any, also after 2 months IVY GROVE PHOTOGRAPHY is not responsible for footage (photo/video). 

Client is responsible for making a backup of all photos from the digital download/USB/CD/DVD. Additional USB drives/CDs/DVDs may be purchased from Photographer. Photographer will make every attempt to keep archival copies of photos but does not guarantee that they will be retained indefinitely. Backup copies are for client use only and may not be distributed to others.
 
NOTICE OF COPYRIGHT: It is ILLEGAL to copy or reproduce these photographs without Photographer’s permission, and violators of Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties.  
Photographer retains copyright to the photographs. Printing and/or distribution rights granted as noted below.  

This Contract incorporates the entire understanding of the parties.
